As an affilate owner, it has been my pleasure to watch athletes interact in many of the ways you listed above. It is amazing to watch new students meet old ones and connect through CrossFit. Often these relationships develop into lasting friendships, and sometimes strong business partnerships.

CrossFit becomes a common thread that connects people, and it has definitely helped some of my clients who are in service based industries develop new business.

I think there is a mutual respect gained when a business relationship exists between two CrossFittters. You know in the back of your mind that that person is willing to work hard to achieve their goals, and is committed to staying healthy and productive.
