About Tom
Tom Healy, Founder and President of Reach Your Vision, has been identified as “America’s Most Dynamic Young Speaker”. At the young age of 24, Tom had his first book published, titled “The Course They Forgot to Offer”, which led to him starting his speaking and consulting business. Prior to writing his book and launching Reach Your Vision, Tom served as a financial advisor for a Fortune 500 company where he ran his own practice and conducted corporate training for new financial representatives.
Tom has also provided consulting for a wide variety of organizations, including the United States Navy and small, medium and large sized businesses ranging from annual sales of $100,000 to over $1 billion. As a keynote speaker, Tom has also had the opportunity to work with high schools, colleges, non-profits and business associations all across the country.
Tom is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a member of the Business Leaders of North Scottsdale, the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Small Business Association. Outside of business, Tom enjoys his volunteer work with the Arizona Alumni Association of Ohio University (President), the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale (Youth Basketball Coach) and Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity (Alumni Advisor). He also enjoys playing golf, traveling to new places, meeting new people and spending as much time as possible with his friends and family.
